This beach town and the islands nearby are famous for strange rock formations and unspoiled nature.

Krabi has a nice seaside atmosphere with cheap accommodation, tasty Thai/Moslem food and friendly people. Its striking rock formation islands and beautiful beaches made the area a pirate haven in bygone days. Now mainly a stopover for tourists going to outlying islands, the town itself is nice for short visits.

• Day 1 - Krabi Arrival

  Meals:

  Arrive at Krabi. Meet guide and driver and transfer to hotel. Free time at leisure and overnight at Krabi.

  Day 2 - Hong Island & Kayaking

  Place Transport: Car 
  Meals: Breakfast - Lunch

  Breakfast at hotel. Hong Island means “Room” is a perfect escape on holiday. In the middle of half-circle shaped island line the secret lagoon where you can find your self at one with nature. After a picnic lunch, it is time for swimming, snorkeling and exploring .Also visit Rai Island and Paradise island. Return to hotel. Overnight at Krabi.

  Day 3 - Phi Phi Island by speed boat

  Meals: Breakfast - Lunch

  Breakfast at hotel. The fabulous Phi Phi Islads are only 45 minutes away from Krabi by speed boat. We will stop on the way at two less visited spots for snorkeling, Bamboo Island and Hin Klang. Enjoy lunch at Tonsai Bay, shopping and relaxing. Spend the rest of day at Phi Phi Ley, visiting Maya Bay - location for the Hollywood film, "the Beach". Return to hotel. Overnight at Krabi.

  Day 4 - Khao Sok tour

  Place Transport: Boat 
  Meals: Breakfast - Lunch

  Breakfast at hotel. Elephant and rainforest - both very special but sadly endangered! This is an opportunity to experience them at least once in your lifetime. Cross over the rain forest covered mountains to Khao Sok. Canoe down the Sok river in inflatable canoes with a person to paddle for you. Pass limestone mountains covered in jungle vegetation along the banks of the river. Birds and wild monkeys live in this area. The natural scenery is some of the best in Southern Thailand and what better way to see if than from canoe. In the afternoon arrive at elephant camp, explore the jungle by elephant. Also visit the Monkey Temple. Lunch is served enroute. Return to hotel. Overnight at Krabi.

  Day 5 - Natural hot spring visit

  Meals: Breakfast - Lunch

  Breakfast at hotel. Visit the Tiger cave Temple. Also visit the Emerald Pond + Lunch + Hot Spring. Return to hotel . Overnight at Krabi

  Day 6 - Canoeing, smimming and massage

  Place Transport: Car 
  Meals: Breakfast - Lunch

  Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy canoeing at Ao Thalane. Lunch at Kor Bua Restaurant. Also visit the Catfish farm & swimming at leisure.End the day with a relaxing Thai Massage/Foot Massage for 1hour. Back to hotel and overnight at Krabi.

  Day 7 - Krabi Depature

  Place Transport: Car->Airplane 
  Meals: Breakfast

  Breakfast at hotel and transfer to airport for onward flight home/next destination.
