Day 1 - Ha Noi Arrival

The first destination is Hanoi, where the exotic chic of old Asia blends with the dynamic face of new Asia, where the medieval and modern co-exist. This city contains the combination of Parisian grace and Asian pace, an architectural museum piece evolving in harmony with its history that is different from bulldozing through like many other region’s capitals. Let’s enjoy Hanoi where imagination becomes reality and free at leisure and stay overnight in Hanoi.Day 2 - Ha Noi City

Meals: Breakfast - LunchToday we spent all day with Hanoi city tour, discover the charming capital city including Ho Chi Minh mausoleum which has the architecture of slooping roof (close on Monday & Friday), the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, the impressive Ethnologic Museum, the beautiful West Lake, the Tran Quoc Pagoda and lake of the Restored sword.
Late afternoon, we will take a cyclo tour for a short excursion through the bustling old quarter streets which are named after the specific goods and you are also offered for sale at these places when you buy souvenirs. In the evening, we will end Hanoi city tour with a fantastic traditional water puppet show and stay overnight in Hanoi.Day 3 - Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Trang An grottoes

Meals: Breakfast - LunchAfter having breakfast, we continue our exciting Vietnam Tour to Hoa Lu which previously was the capital city of Vietnam under the Dinh Dynasty between 968 and 980 AD, all the ancient sanctuaries and tombs can still be seen as today.Apart from the historical sides, this place is naturally beautiful, referred to as “dry Halong Bay,” with limestone peaks and fertile green valleys. After lunch, you will take the amazing boat trip to visit Trang An grottoes which is a gathering of 31 valleys, 50 cross-water caves, and home to 600 kinds of flora and over 200 kinds of fauna, many of them in the Red Book of Vietnam. While rowing through Trang An grotto in the quiet, you can enjoy fresh air of the highlands,the sound of birds, the oars stirring the clear water and surrounded by magnificent forested mountains upon which graze white goats. Visitors will feel like a heaven on earth. End of the day by driving to Tam Coc and free at leisure to take a walking visit around Tam Coc or doing bike trip to visit the village and Bich Dong pagoda. After a short break, enjoy a very good seafood lunch while cruising through the wonderful Ha Long bay and visiting its amazing grottoes and caves. Moreover, you will have an opportunity to dive off the boat and have a pleasant swimming in the deep blue water of East Sea before relaxing on your sun deck to view a Halong sunset. Then free day for you to cycle through rice paddies in the countryside of Hoi An ancient town, shopping for souvenirs at the antique shops and art galleries or enjoy peaceful moments in sidewalk coffee shop, soaking up the atmosphere of this quaint town and relax on the white sandy beach of the famous My Khe beach. Meals: Breakfast - LunchWe start to day at 8.15 am with a welcome drink at Hai Café (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town, Tel: 863210) – our meeting place.
Visit Hoi An’s colorful market, and experience amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients will be used in the cooking lesson later.
We board to the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a great chance to experience local river life and take pictures, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we discover the cooking school’s herb garden before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we will take a break and enjoy what we have just cooked.

This is an interesting trip to catch a glimpse of the famous river. On arrival, we visit the beautiful Vinh Trang pagoda- the most famous pagoda in the south of Vietnam whose architecture is a mixture of Vietnamese, Kh’mer and Chinese before taking a private boat trip along the small canals of Mekong River to see the daily life of the Mekong River people in both sides of the river. Then take a short tour by “xe loi” (motorized rickshaw) on the rural lane to the bank of Mekong River visiting a rice farm, coconut candy factory and honey bee farm. Continue our journey by sampan through the canals and mangrove forests to reach an island. Stroll on a fruit garden, taste diverse types of seasonal fruits, tea mixed with bee’s honey and enjoy a special folk show of traditional Mekong Delta music. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Ho Chi Minh.Day 11 - Ho Chi Minh - Phan Thiet

Now, it’s a perfect destination for Vietnam beach holidays, an unremarkable town with a beautiful beach, some decent hotels and a very good golf course. In a nice layout with white sand beaches and coconut trees, amazing spots such as sand dunes, natural lakes and astonishing red canyons, the beach resort of Phan Thiet will bring you unforgettable experiences. Phan Thiet still has sizeable populations of Cham and Raglai ethnic minority groups. The former are a part of the area’s Cham heritage. It’s worth to visit the village for three reasons: very few tourists go further than the dunes, the small harbor is picturesque (there’s an excellent view from where the dunes road turns off) and there’s an interesting pagoda where followers of Vietnam’s whale cult hold services and store skeletons of the massive sea mammals.
